Free-of-charge exhibitor passes, exhibit worker passes and exhibitor trade tickets

The Japan International Aerospace Exhibition 2012 (JA2012) will provide free-of-charge exhibitor passes, exhibit worker passes and exhibitor trade tickets as below.

1. The number of free-of-charge exhibitor passes:
   • *Five free-of-charge passes will be issued for every 9m² of exhibit space. (Passes will be issued to the exhibitor representative.)

     (Example) When an exhibitor applies for four booths (36m²),
     4 X 5 = 20 passes will be issued free-of-charge.

2. A required number of exhibit worker passes will be issued free-of-charge for each exhibit.
3. Purchase of additional exhibitor passes
• *If the number of passes issued free-of-charge is not sufficient, additional passes can be purchased as follows.
• *The purchase price is ¥4,000 per pass.
4. The number of free-of-charge exhibitor trade tickets:
   
   • *Five free-of-charge tickets will be issued for every 9m² of exhibit space. (Tickets will be issued to the exhibitor representative.)

     (Example) When an exhibitor applies for four booths (36m²),
     4 X 5 = 20 tickets will be issued free-of-charge.

Definition of the terms

1. Exhibitor pass (for the full exhibit period):
   Allows access to the site during the period of JA 2012 as well as before and after the period during the preparation and clear-up.
   （The passes can be shared internally within the exhibiting company.）
2. Exhibit worker pass：
   Allows access to the site for the preparation and clear-up of the exhibit for JA 2012, as well as any maintenance required for the exhibit.
3. Exhibitor Trade Ticket：
   Allows one-day access to the site during the trade days of JA 2012.
