■Exhibition Types and Fees
○Raw Space Only:JPY 472,500+Tax / booth (1booth = 9m2)
・Please apply for space in increments of 9m2 booth
units, one booth unit 9m2= (3m×3m),
where the minimum amount of exhibit space is one 9m2 booth unit.
・Exhibitors requiring 9 booth units(81m2)or
more, however, may apply for space in increments of 1m2 (JPY 52,500+tax)
○Packaged Booth:JPY 570,000+Tax / booth (1booth = 9m2)
・Please apply for space in increments of 9m2 booth
units, one booth unit = 9m2( 3m×3m),
where the minimum amount of exhibit space is one 9m2 booth unit.
・The below items are included in Packaged Booth.
*Side and back wall panels(White).
*Fascia Board with Company Name Sign(Gothic
lettering)
*Carpet (Color can be selected from various
choices)
*Reception Counter×1

○Exhibition Fee for Large Exhibits
・For actual displays,
scale models that require at least four (36m2)
booth units,
the exhibit will be considered as "Large Exhibits."
・The discounted exhibit fee for "Large Exhibits" is
half (50%) of the normal exhibit fee (JPY 52,500/m2)
for the total area covered by the exhibit (Dimension applicable is determined by calculating the total length by total width).

■Schedule
○Check the contents of the Application Form by the Organizer after the application is received.

○An "Application Confirmation" letter and "Application Deposit" invoice(10%) will be sent within one month after application is received by the Organizer.
▼
○The payment of the deposit is to be completed within 30 days from the issued date of the invoice.

○The balance must be paid by May 30(Fri.), 2008
■Publicity and Business Promotion Support Programs for JA2008 exhibitors
JA2008 plans to provide exhibitor’s Publicity and Business Support Programs better than those in JA2004 mainly by using the Internet systems.
[Publicity Support Programs]
○"JA2008 Virtual Exhibition (tentative name)" on JA2008 official website
・Plans to make the virtual exhibition website by the first half of 2008 where exhibitors can display their exhibits planned for JA2008 in advance.
・Provide all exhibitors with a “My Page = Virtual Exhibition Booth” to assist your public relations activities including press-releases, projection of business promotion videos, and banner commercial messages, etc.
○Live broadcast of the exhibitions and presentations throughout the world during JA2008.
・Our broadcasting station in the JA2008 site covers and telecasts exhibitions and presentations such as activities in the exhibition, demonstration flights, and other presentations by exhibitors during JA2008 in October, 2008. In addition to the broadcast within JA2008, we are considering the Internet streaming video/on-demand video of exhibitions and presentations.
Besides the above,
○A variety of demonstration flights focusing on helicopters
○Expansion of sponsorship plans
○Expansion of exhibitor’s presentation halls
○Distribution of e-mail magazines
Various additional activities to support publicity are planned.
[Business Promotion Programs]
○Business Partner Search and Introduction Service
Through the official website, one can search for exhibitors they wish to deal with by business categories, types of business operation, handling products, or keywords, etc.
○Contact and Navigation Service
・One can make appointments with exhibitors searched in the partner search for business talk on our website.
・Exhibitors will be provided with a comprehensive support service to find matching business partners, including acceptance of inquiries requests for business negotiations via “My Page” of our official website, prior contact and navigation through e-mail, and business negotiation schedule management service during JA2008, etc.
○Private Reception Service
・We are going to coordinate private presentations and reception/parties by exhibitors using nearby hotels, etc.
And plans for expanding actual business negotiation opportunities
○Soliciting
potential users (people of the Ministry of
Defense, and people from the material
procurement divisions of leading companies,
etc.)to the exhibition
○Interconnection of related programs and activities (IAQG and Yokohama Port 150th anniversary pre-events)
Besides the above, we are preparing various other programs to allow exhibitors to actually feel the advantage of participating in JA2008.
