On October 9 and 10,which were public open days,various events were held that were popular with families and children visiting the exhibition.


●Starlit Sky Talk

(Movie &"Subaru"Telescope)
A talk show to explain the mysteries of the universe and celestial bodies while viewing images sent from the Subaru Telescope was performed.

●Stamp Rally

A stamp rally was held to collect stamps at nine locations around the site,and possessive rights of Mars were given as prizes.

●Flight Simulator

A flight simulator corner was set up using a PlayStation running "Jet de Go! -- Let's Go By Airliner"software.

●Radio Controlled Aircraft Ship

An area where visitors could experience operating radio-controlled aircraft ship under the guidance of instructors was set up.

●"Soraben"Airport Lunchboxes

Some 20 kinds of soraben (boxed-lunches sold at airports)with local flavors brought from local airports across the country were sold.

●Universe Day Award

This was a ceremony for a composition and picture drawing contest for elementary and junior high school students nationwide where 24 students were invited to receive awards.
